The city of Linden is certainly majestic.
Turns out all those computer games don’t do them the justice. Perhaps because they would stop coding the houses when it gets to a hundred for them, and we would call it then “a city” in that game.
The whole hub of magic and money is enveloped in a transparent magical field - probably to defend against aerial attacks.
The gates are so big an ogre would fit in.
And the streets… I guess people with supernatural powers need even more privacy and freedom of movement than your average citizens.
They’re huge.
And most of all, in the inner part of the city, where live the magicians, wealthy businessmen, nobles and government - or whatever they call it here - is taking place a wedding.

At first, there was nothing unusual in comparison with the ones we can see in our world.
But the dacing part was in middle-air. Be it due to some magical field, or the individual abilities of everyone present… I am not sure.
And instead of fireworks, mystical ‘blessings’ were flying about.
Presently, my stats are like 240% higher thanks to that.
So I could certainly suck dry the empowered ribbon they put on me, which was more just a magical chain, really, but I waited till they unwrap me to bring slightly less attention to myself.
I can only regret that I can use this ability once an hour.
Imagine flying around, sucking dry anything you come across and spawning dungeon minions on the fly.
