SpoilerFurther more, even the high genin ninja can reach the minimum speed of 20 march( with chakra) to 30 march maximum. Thus making them possible to react to an attack with a space of 180 to 250 centimeters maximum before reaching them. Some of them may react at a bnk point attack while in a heated battle.
The speed is almost can't be processed by a normal ( modern human even using the public NASA tech ). Thus I pnned a setting to make the ninja body a much harder, resilient and stronger whenever they have even a little bit of chakra left. While also making their body almost no difference from a normal trained militia to military standard when not having a chakra. With the exception of the lightning user of hidden clouds who were using the lightning mode body techniques and other simir techniques that's have a strengthening after effect.
So, for the limit speed the ninja can reach in my world is the light speed. I will also add to the world setting that the space barrier are much more stronger than average world but not the strongest, making any movement at high speed not causing air disturbance ( using chakra as a shield ).
