Marquess Evylyn Lillian Everlilly sat stopping tea. It was mid morning and the birds chirped. The day was starting. After last night's revelations, She wondered
about the state of her ludus. That assassins would be sent. Ballatro Minerva and Traysen were able to track down their spawn point and managed to capture
them based on evidence found in their quarters. Her brow furrowed. Sylvia was usually an early riser, and it was already mid morning. Even when she took
servants to her quarters at night she didn't sleep in. if something went wrong with the new slave she would have heard from Sylvia's bodyguard and Ballatro at
least
It was then that the tea room door opened, and with a muffled thump it was pushed open further, and then Lady Shahanitra was wheeled into the room, her
eyes still un-focused. Her Servant and Protector wheeled her fully into the room before shutting the door behind her. Sylvia smiled shakily and the Marquess
noticed that her makeup was poorly done, and her hair was the only part of there that wasn’t unfit for anyone but close friends and family. Evylyn bit her lip in
considering what Sylvia's father would think if he saw his daughter in this state.
“What happened to you?” She asked, Sylvia's eyes widened and she tried to speak but her eyes closed in a most unsightly way for tea, and her breath jittered.
Josyln Her maid; cleared her throat, and Evylyn looked to her.
“Speak. What is the meaning of this.” The Marquess asked, her voice starting to rise.
“Pardon, Marquess. This is.. That is to say. Not to be indelicate but Lady Shahanitra met her match last eve.” she then described in great detail that needn't be
expanded upon. how Shade explained about safe words. He gave one to Sylvia and even one to Josyln who was present but not taking part in last night's
pleasure test. She then through burning cheeks explained that Sylvia refused to use her safe word and even belayed Josylin’s when she had decided that
enough was enough; now she was left so sensitive that her heartbeat was bringing her to climax. It had previously subsided to the point where she could dress
and come down to be seen as alright. Though I think when you asked her it spiked her pulse and brought on another um... chain .”

The Marquess sighed and sent a transmission to Ballatro that Shade was assigned full status as a gladiator. She also messaged Eridris and told him that
Shade was off limits when it came to night time pleasure companions without her direct approval. She neglected to mention details to save some face for Lady
Shahanitra.

Shade lay on a grass stuffed pallet on the floor of his cell. Aside from a plank with a hole cut out fastened to the wall, with a waste disposal sigil underneath.
The room was bare. After last night's events. “Tshc…” he said out loud, the rest of his thoughts continued in his head.
‘That entitled brat, taking me for a spin like he was an object. I hate this whole society. It was at least gratifying to know that despite her thoughts I can still
leave. At Least I got some good Data.’
Shade poured over in his head not the steamy deets, But the detailed exploration of her mana pathways and enhanced nervous system. Her core was far
more advanced than his but he was able to invade her body with his aspectless mana and see what someone of her strength’s mana circulatory system
looked like, and it was enlightening. Mana kind of functioned like a T-cell; it was naturally neutral and was affected by intent. And since it seemed ;like her body
didn't react to the mana intrusion he was able to observe several things at once. Such as how mana was acting like entangled particles in the nerves and
brain. So that perception response was almost instantaneous, and then he saw how mana could affect nerves and signals, so he sent his unaspected mana
and spliced a connection between the nerve bundle that served as the pleasure sensor and wired it to the automated signal that told her heart to beat. Their
pulses were already racing. Josyln had used her safe word, and he was back up off the bead and half way across the room. The brat belayed her use of the
safe and after a disgruntled nod from her protector he went back in.
He had to feign passing out from exhaustion. But he was carried back to a Cell by one of the door guards. Who he could almost swear he saw turn to him after
he laid him down on the pallet and gave him a manly thumbs up with a gleam in his eye.
Shade snapped back to the present and shifted his perception to time and then retreated into meditation. He began by mimicking the mana structures he
found in her body. He didn't know what tier she was but it wasn't crazy advanced compared to his. There was tons of mana in the air and almost no miasma,
so cultivating and drawing in mana would be a breeze here. He couldn't cultivate in time perception, because mana particles were also affected by nature and
thus when not under his control also stopped. It was also curious but some aspect of Caloric completion gave him a photographic memory of anything he used
it to analyze and remember. He had all the runes from the gravity array. The waste disposal glyph in the corner, and the runic instructions for the scrub spell
that he was granted by Ballatro. It was difficult at first but he was able to use his will to shape mana in his core to make a new spell. Variable scrub. Now he
could designate what was and wasn’t waste. And he could break things down into chemical components that would be stored in his spatial storage. He had
gotten that idea from how the Sanitation glyph in the corner broke down waste into its base components and stored them in some larger system that he
couldn't access from the glyphs network. Shade was broken from his reverie when the door began to open, and a grinning Eridris came into his cell. And then
froze. Sade ended his technique. ready to see what today had in store for him.
