Ray- *Whew* that was a close one need to be more careful *looks at Staff* and I need to know how you work

(Opens up on Ray practicing with the Staffbut he looks exhausted already)
Ray- I’m still not able to change its size all the time but at least I got it to its original form
(He does some crude swings with the staff decides to take a break because his ribs still hurt)
Ray- Ok I think I know what I’m doing *holds ribs* but im not gonna get anywhere with this injury
(Cut to him in his hideout, as he places the staff down gently on the floor)
Ray- *Fhew* not dropping it down again after that
(He then sits on his couch with Rafiki right beside him)
Ray- I need to find a way to control this thing because it may come in handy if I want to go for another supply run *rubs his chin*
(Ray goes over to his cupboard)
Ray- Looks like I got enough to last for a while so that gives me plenty of time to get the hang of it
(Ray then looks at the night sky)
Ray- But maybe I should get some sleep first
(He then lays on his couch, and Rafiki nuzzles up beside him)
Ray- So you want to sleep with me this time
Rafiki- *meow*
Ray- Alright
(They both go to sleep together)
(The next day)
(Ray wakes up gets dressed and walks to the place he and Rex usually meet)

Rex- What what happened
(They start walking)
Ray- Uh…I got hit by a car
Rex- See man I told you to be careful and get your head out them damn clouds

Rex- I’m serious man I wouldn’t want to lose you
Ray- Ok dude I get it *in head* He sounds really concerned, thats rare
(They get to school, Ray and Rex walk in and everyone is surprised to see Ray)
Teacher- Well, Mr. Ray decided to come back from the dead I see
Ray- *going to his seat* Good to see you too Teach
(Class gets started, the Teacher is Teaching)
Ray- *in head* I might need to consider staying at Rex’s house, now that 2 of the Supreme Generals have started guarding the warehouses
(looks over to Rex)
Ray- *in head* I wonder if he’ll let me
(then it’s lunch time)
Ray- It’s interesting I’ve been gone for one day and the food already feels different
Rex- Thats kind of weird especially since it hasn’t changed
Ray- Guess I just missed it

(then Charmi comes over)
Charmi- Hey Ray, where were you yesterday
Ray- I-
Rex- He was hit by a car
Charmi- *shocked* Oh my goodness, Ray are you alright, hurt or bleeding
Ray- Naw I’m fine just some bruises here and there *in head* and maybe a broken rib
Charmi- You need to be more careful out there, did you at least go and get checked
Ray- Well-
Rex- Honestly where would he go the doc doesn’t really have much in terms of medicine, *serious angered tone* those rich bastards should just watch where their going
Charmi- Of course they did it, just because we live down here and we aren’t as well off, doesn’t mean they can just treat us like that
Rex- Well they can because they have the resources to back or cover it up
Ray- C’mon guys let’s just get over it, it happened and I’m fine, more or less, so let’s just leave it at that
Rex- I still don’t like how this is happening more
Charmi- I agree and with this “Vagrant” business going around I think it’ll only get worse from here on out
Rex- Yeah I wish they would just capture that guy already or he could just turn himself in, saves us the trouble
Ray- *feeling guilty* C’mon guys maybe he’s just trying to live like we are
Charmi- Then he should just get a job instead of stealing from “the Conduct” and putting all of us in danger
Rex- Yeah, At least make an honest living instead of risking our necks in your benefit
(Ray looks down in defeat because he knew they were right)
