  Chapter 78: Back To It.

Regardless of the loss of such a powerful tool, Celia needed to keep up her efforts. Currently, she was far stronger than anyone else in the Game, so it wasn’t like Celia was at a disadvantage without her System.

Faith: “Shall I point out the locations of other pyers?” She offered.

Celia: “No, that isn’t needed. I can sense them, as well. Thanks for offering, though.” She denied with a smile.

Doing an in-depth search of this dimension, Celia quickly found all of the other pyers. Unfortunately, none of them were from Celia’s group, and the weakest one was a God.

This was odd to Celia, as the woman wasn’t aware that the Game has decided to have this portion of the Game be the st.

Maralia: “Celia, you need to be careful.” She advised, appearing by their side.

Celia: “I know.” She replied with a nod.

Maralia: “…” “W-what… where is…” Her thoughts were wild.

Celia: “What’s wrong?” She asked with a head tilt.

Maralia: “Your…” She didn’t say more than that.

Faith: “She lost it.” She said, answering Maralia’s unfinished question.

The woman, Maralia, didn’t know that Celia had her System removed. After all, no one could watch what happened in that prison. Rather, she came here to tell Celia that she shouldn’t fight too hard.

With her soul so damaged, even with her superior Status, a Supreme Goddess could kill Celia. Thankfully, her strength was still there, and most people wouldn’t attempt to fight Celia.

  Later.

Faith and Celia expined the situation to Maralia, leaving her shocked. Celia was then suggested by Faith to go find a pyer, while she had a talk with Maralia. Which, of course, Celia agreed to do.

Maralia: “Without a System… Celia has no hope of living for longer. Her soul will… even be erased, rather than cleansed.” She spoke, her tone that of pure defeat.

Midas, Faith, and Maralia were the same, each wanted a cleansed Celia. Having that happen, finding her reincarnation, would allow them to further monopolize Celia, more than any of her wives or family could ever hope to do.

But now, aware of her overly damaged soul, the likelihood that it’d be erased for her sins, left the three shellshocked. Midas was watching this py out, so she was also in a miffed mood.

Faith: “I can’t save everyone, just Celia.” She informed.

Maralia: “You… are you truly going through with your pn?” She asked with a raised eyebrow.

Faith: “With Runey, I’ve changed it a bit. But, yes, I’ll still carry it out.” She admitted.

Maralia: “You will end up as the enemy of all existence, Faith.” She warned with a serious tone and expression.

Faith: “For Celia, I am willing to commit even the most horrid crime. Besides, Runey agrees with my pn, so I doubt that I’d ever truly be punished.” She replied with a haughty shrug.

Maralia: “…What of us?” She asked with a grim tone.

Faith: “Midas, you, and me, will be fine. The others will be cleansed, but, going by Celia’s fate… she’ll find them, eventually.” She answered.

Leaving her side, Maralia went to find Midas. Mostly to see if that woman had any better ideas to save Celia, and this Universe…
