Chapter 1: Island Drop-off.
Celia: “This… isn’t a good start at all.” She voiced with a long sigh.
Currently, Celia was now awake, her Evolution completed. Her location is… as per my lazy chapter title, an island. A tropical one!
Celia: “Vulely, did this happen last time?” She asked with a raised eyebrow.
Narrator Vulely: “Celia… you shouldn’t be talking to me, you know? Rather… what last time are you referring to?” I shakily reply.
Celia: “Your original timeline, I mean. There is no use hiding anything from me, because… I realized your position while in that void.” She clarified with a laugh.
If she knew everything, then Celia wouldn’t be asking. As such… I must not give her anything that could deter or upset Celia! She merely knows what my job is…
Celia: “I can sense myself on you, like, my Mana. And I seem to have given you a job, one where you… watch over us.” She mused with a thinking pose.
Narrator Vulely: “Specifically, I am narrating your story, but not all of it. And, yes, my timeline is different; I just can’t tell you why that is.” I further explain, being careful of my words.

Celia: “I get it, butterfly effect, and all that.” She replied with a shrug.
Narrator Vulely: “…”
And here I was thinking that Celia… would ask me for all that I knew. We were truly fools to restrict her memories. Just look how much better Celia is now… Without her past, Celia was… not complete.
Celia: “Instead, just tell me about this situation. There is no Game, and, typically, Evolutions don’t randomly teleport you like this. I was honestly joking about being separated…” She calmly requested, deciding to sit down on the somewhat hot sand.
Narrator Vulely: “Runey became part of the family very quickly this time around, and Xena is a good friend to you.” I answered in reply.
Celia: “And?” She expressed with a raised eyebrow.
Narrator Vulely: “Originally, for fun, those two had set up trials for your family, proving that they deserved their Evolutions. This is… a bit odd.” I clarified, words mixed with my own confusion.
As far as I know, neither Runey nor Xena went with this idea again. Celia, by all logic, should still be at that estate, where she sacrificed the rabbit, surrounded by her loving family…
Celia: “Hey… my Magic isn’t working.” She informed with immense worry.
Crunch!
Narrator Vulely: “( ? _ ? )”
Celia: “Well… at least my strength is still accessible.” She expressed with a relieved tone, vaporizing a large boulder with merely a finger flick.
An unknown location… and no access to Mana? What absurdity did Celia get herself involved in this time?!…
Celia: “Rather… Vulely, there doesn’t seem to be any Mana here. Maybe… this island is… has a restriction on it?” She said with an unsure thinking pose.
Narrator Vulely: “I don’t know… What does your Status say? Your theory could be correct, and this island blocks… as well as absorbs Mana.” I suggested with a curious tone.
Celia: “If my Mana displays as 0, then we may be close to the truth. Anyway, Statu…” I cut the narration off here.
