Volume 10. Chapter 4: After That Happened. (Chapter 905)

  Chapter 4: After That Happened.

Celia: “So… you ended up on this island?” She said with a raised eyebrow. “My memories of Cimra aren’t that fresh… But I am willing to bet that she sent Marni to a random place. Not that I’ll ever tell this to Marni.” She said in her mind with a giggle.

Marni: “That’s right. She must have sent me here to find you, Celia!” She replied with a happy tone, inwardly praising Cimra.

  Celia: “…”

Looking at how damaged her clothes are, and dirty she is… anyone could guess that Marni had been on this island for a while now. With Celia just arriving, Cimra would have no way to intentionally send her ward to the Highest Goddess’s side.

Celia: “Even now, is your Magic is still sealed?… No, wait, that should just be because of the island. I can’t use Magic, either.” She said with a thinking pose.

Marni: “Huh? Then… how did you kill those Goblins?” She replied with some confusion.

Celia: “With physical strength. I am a Highest Goddess, after all.” She nonchalantly answered.

  Marni: “( ’-’ ~)”

From when the Angels last saw Celia, she had grown significantly in power. This left Marni completely winded. Even before the reset, that is.

  An Hour Later.

With nothing else to do, and the Angel swearing that she hadn’t seen any other person on the island just yet, the two went further into it once more. They didn’t really have an aim right now.

Celia: “Marni, I don’t look any different from before… How come you didn’t recognize me?” She asked with a curious tone.

Marni: “After the Game… we all thought that you died. I was prepared to never see you again, so this event, us meeting… I still do not really believe that this is reality.” She awkwardly answered, not able to look Celia in the eye.

Celia: “It is our reality, don’t worry. Is Heaven and Hell still doing well?” She asked with thinking pose.

Oh, right. I should clarify… This is still Celia’s original Universe. Since I didn’t realize who this Angel was… I messed up my narrator reputation!!!

Eh, my caring wife won’t ever fire me, let alone dock my ridiculous pay. Back to Celia, the two were just walking in a large tropical forest. It was oddly quiet…

Marni: “The True Will didn’t do anything with us, or Heaven and Hell. Or rather, that is what she told my group. We haven’t been able to confirm this or not…” She answered with an unsure tone.

Celia: “Hm… that is a shame. Though, we can see if it is the truth after we escape from this land.” She expressed with a sigh.

Recalling Heaven and Hell’s fate… Xena left them alone in my timeline. So, I am decently certain that the True Will didn’t do anything differently, and had told the truth.

Marni: “Escaping is the key issue hereeeeee!” She calmly spoke, before her final word got extended, her voice… fading.

  Celia: “…”
