The perfectly normal world of Terra is introduced to the worlds of magic through a mysterious network known as the Pathways. Mana begins to seep through into this world, as rare individuals gain fantastic powers once thought impossible, visitors from other worlds begin to make contact, and monsters start to take form across the world.
