A while later, Hilda is running as fast as possible, carrying Shila as she uses her field to speed Hilda up and Jamine trying to distract the giant worm with her clones with them not doing anything at all.
“Shila, how much longer?!”
“2 minutes.”
“I can't hold on for 2 minutes?!”
“Well, you better try cus I ain't dying here.”
Hilda keeps running as the worm gets closer, eventually finding a small cave.
“Hilda, if you don't time this right, you are going to need to say prayers.”
“I'm aware.” Hilda turns back, facing the worm as it gets closer. Right before it tries to eat her, Hilda teleports into the cave as the worm passes over.
“Hilda, once you can exit again, please do.”
“Well, it'll take a while for the damn thing to turn around.”
“A minute left.”
“Nice.”
Hilda waits there, waiting for the worm to pass by as it suddenly turns around much faster than expected, the exit still blocked by its body as Hilda is forced to run further in.
“Run, run, run!” Shila shouts as Hilda uses her trait to increase her mana and agility.
“I refuse to die to a worm.”
Hilda keeps running down the cave as she turns around, finding the worm easily destroying the cave and approaching her, acid in its mouth.
“Haha… what a joke.” Hilda thinks to herself as she braces herself with mana around her body.
“Times up!” Shila shouts, sending them to the 30th floor.
Shila falls down due to the sudden change in terrain as she stands up, looking around the 30th floor, finding herself at a port with many different races there, each seeming like an important person, some adorned with precious jewellery or expensive clothing and shoes.
“Shila, what is this?”
“Simple, the 30th floor is a trading hub with a massive port connected to different floors and businesses. It trades with most floors and therefore you shouldn't mess with it since people from even the 50th floor value the 30th floor.”
“Don't worry, I have no intentions of doing so. Besides, won't this floor also be beneficial to me?”
“Indeed.”
Hilda suddenly feels something pulling her arm as she turns back, finding Jamine trying to pull her to a snack shop.
Stolen novel; please report.
“No Jamine, we gotta look around first, here.” Hilda passes the food box to Shila who shares it with Jamine.
“Fine, but visit later.” Jamine says with a mouth already full of snacks.
“Sure, Shila, you shall be our guide since you seem the best at this type of thing.”
“What for? The shop function is already enough.”
“Oh yea, but aren't you curious?”
“No, not really no.” Shila says as Hilda turns to Jamine.
“I just want the snacks.”
Hilda sighs, getting outvoted by them, “fine, I'm no dictator or whatever it's called, let's go get your snacks and leave the floor.”
“Sure.” Shila and Jamine both answer at the same time.
Hilda steps into the shop as Shila blurs hers and Jamine's faces, happily looking around.
Hilda watches as they take one of every snack due to the properties of the food box and starts mentally counting a potential cost due to the lack of price tags.
Hilda brings the snacks to the counter to pay as she pays up, keeping the snacks into her inventory before sleeping out.
The second she steps out, she feels her sixth sense going crazy, instinctively dodging as a bullet flies by her, piercing the glass behind and killing the cashier.
“Ih , what the hell.”
“Hilda, what did you expect? You destroyed so much on the 10th floor and when I said ‘business’ I also meant illegal ones, such as information trading along with assassinations, I assume the only reason you haven't been assassinated before is due to the fact that the 10th floor made the request instead of a higher floor or a more important person so the priority was lower.
“The idiots from the tenth floor are really trying their best to be irritating aren't they?”
“You did cause chaos for them.” Shila says as Hilda gets slightly annoyed.
“Well… screw you!” Hilda says, not knowing how else to argue back.
Jamine suddenly tugs Shila's shirt before whispering in her ears, confusing Hilda.
“What was that about?” Hilda asks.
“The territory's problems, Jamine has a clone there.”
“What problem?”
“It's nothing.”
“What problem?” Hilda asks again.
“Boss monster.” Shila says due to getting annoyed.
“How is that nothing?” Hilda crosses her arms, dodging again as her sixth sense activates.
“Seriously, they're only like level 100 plus, I did upgrade the weapons of the territory so they can deal with it with minimum problems.”
“You should have told me! Those points used for weapons could be used to make more points also, monsters could attack?”
“Well, yea.”
“How long has this been going on?”
“A couple weeks.”
“... Tell me if there's anything important next time!”
Hilda teleports to the territory quickly, her heart aching as she sees each villager shooting bullets worth 100 points minimally each.
“Stop!!!” Hilda shouts as the villagers turn their attention to her.
Hilda quickly teleports onto the walls and sends a wave of a decent amount of mana and sword qi at the level 100 plus spider boss, killing it instantly.
Hilda immediately turns to the villagers, “who here is religious?” Hilda watches as nobody speaks up or admits anything, “good.”
Hilda uses the system to construct a church as she enters, turning back, “no one is to enter for the next few days then you'll all gather here!”
Hilda shuts the door behind her.
A few days later, she opens the door as Jamine and Shila gather with the villagers outside curiously.
“Sis, what do you think mom is doing?” Jamine asks as Shila shrugs, “how do you expect me to know? Your mother is weird as hell.”
Hilda opens the door as everybody enters, each taking a seat with a book at each seat.
“Everybody, this shall be your bible, open it and recite with me.” Hilda says loudly as they do so, confused.
Hilda takes a deep breath as she prepares to recite the first line, “money is life!”
The villagers all look at each other confused before reciting along.
“More money, more joy!” Hilda says as everybody recites along.
And this continued for an unknown period of time(or however long it takes to recite 207 lines)
Afterwards, Shila teleports them to the 1st floor, flying their home out with them as Hilda lies down on the bed after a couple days of ‘hard work’.
“Hilda, there's something wrong with you.”
“Like what?”
“I think you're on the spectrum.”
“Wow.” Hilda says monotonously, ignoring Shila for the most part.
“Mom, who are those peopl—” Jamine says as her head gets exploded by a bullet.
Hilda looks out, finding people flying with magic using guns.
“Seriously? They chased us here?” Hilda sighs, pulling out her sword and preparing to fight.
