Every 300 years, a person from Earth gets sent to Plumos, bringing with them technology and knowledge. They are gifted by the gods a unique skill, and if they want, they are a different race. They can then spend their lives doing whatever they want, as long as they follow a short set of rules. Eventually, they die, and their unique skill is passed down to whoever they want, wether it''''s their offspring, their best friend''''s offspring, or even just a random person they barely know.
