Rio is a regular child attending a regular school. He has his friends and his friends have him. But one day him and his friends are selected for an experiment called the Evolution Initialization. They go through it and as a result gain ''''EI'''', unique ''''powers'''' based off of their personality. With these abilities they represent their school in the EI Games where they compete against other schools to become the champions.
