Chapter 82: They Didn't Tell Her Anything...
While they were talking, Celia woke up. Sitting up on her bed, Celia felt as if she had a major cold, or some other viral flu-like sickness.
Celia: “Am I… dying?” She asked, weirdly calm.
Faith: “You… just relapsed. But we managed to save you in time.” She answered.
Maralia: “Time… we’ve only delayed your death, Celia. I won’t lie to you about that.” She added, sadness clear in her tone.
Celia: “…”
Luckily, both Faith and Maralia were speaking through their minds before their wife woke. This was, primarily, so that Celia wouldn’t hear them speak. Neither of them wanted Celia to be aware of Vanessa’s sacrifice, you see…
Celia: “I… feel so weak.” She voiced, her tone somewhat horse.
Maralia: “You just have to rest for a bit, dear.” She coaxed with a warm tone.
Celia: “But… can I truly survive for… longer? I haven’t felt like this since… I died in my last life.” She asked before coughing up a storm.

Celia truly couldn’t recall ever being so ill. Even back when doing that silly game of Zia’s, screaming pain from a mere touch… wasn’t as painful as her body felt now. Truly, not being a weak child’s body… is why Celia wasn’t crying her eyes out right now.
Faith: “Regardless of what happens, Celia, we will keep you alive until my plan is ready.” She swore with a very serious tone, pulling the coughing Celia into her arms.
Rather than hug her alongside Faith, Maralia just rubbed Celia’s back. Shame filled both Faith’s and Maralia’s minds, as they… thought that this was great. So weak… easy to control… If it wasn’t for Celia being in the process of dying, they would have loved to keep their future wife so… very, very weak like this.
An Hour Later.
Celia: “Shit… I keep coughing so much.” She said with an upset tone.
Splash!
Now alone in a bath, Celia was in deep contemplation. Slouching in the bath, Celia’s thoughts weren’t on her soon-to-be death, or Faith’s likely scary and fucked up plan.
“That System has many benefits… but it is a poison.” She scoffed in her mind. Since it wasn’t managed, it could be exploited.
But, soaking in the bath, Celia had a revelation. Her System was like a second brain. Celia’s motives came quick to her, almost all being to save and love all females, something seemed to brainwash her entirely.
Other actions were also controlled, such as bathing, walking. Until now, Celia didn’t even realize just how controlling her System was.
Runey: “Make no mistake, this is the fault of the Will of this Universe, not the Systems.” She informed.
Celia: “Really?” She replied with a raised eyebrow, talking in her head.
Runey: “Without The Will supplying Mana and Divinity, the System requires its energy from Users. Of course, the more someone uses it, the higher the energy it gains.” She explained.
Celia: “…”
