Chapter 54: She Had A Part, Too!
Midas: “Celia, I didn’t just place a simple Enchantment on that sword. No, with such potential… I had to do my best!” She exclaimed, seemingly more excited about the sword than even Celia was.
Celia: “Eh? Then… do I truly have too…” She replied, red in the face.
Midas: “Why be so embarrassed? It is just a sword! Celia, relax in the bath, let the water soothe your very soul.” She replied with a coaxing tone.
Celia: “…”
Midas: “Do that, and constantly chant your chosen name, then the Enchantment will be complete. Once done, no one else besides you can ever wield that splendid sword!” She added, pushing Celia into the bedroom.
Like with her previous Guild Branch, Midas lived here as well. Being ushered inside, Celia gave up, stripped, stored her attire, and then left the storage ring on the table. Sighing, and embarrassed, Celia then went to the bath, taking her new sword in with her, making sure to first unsheathe it.
Celia: “Do I truly have to… do this, Ruina?” She inwardly asked.
Ruina: “Let me check… Yes, you do. In fact, you should be grateful, Celia. This wondrous Enchantment… most would pay millions of Orichalcum coins just to get half of such an amazing Enchantment!” She answered, excited, and throwing Celia deeper into the well that Midas created for her.
Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.
Celia: “(/ />/ A / /)”
After She Calmed Down, Later!
Celia: “Maralia, Maralia, Maralia, Maralia.” She kept repeating.
Ruina: “…Um… Celia, why that name?” She weakly asked, her voice quiet.
Celia: “Hm? I don’t know; I just like it. Is it bad, or something?” She replied with an innocent head tilt.
Ruina: “No, no. It’s perfect!” She forcefully replied, pretending to be cheerful. “I just hope that Celia won’t do what I think that she is about to do…” She secretly thought, accidentally further adding to the flag, which Celia set.
Celia: “Maralia, Maralia, Maralia, Maralia, Maralia, M-Maralia…” She continued chanting, unironically dosing off.
Flash!
Once she fell asleep, Ruina watched in horror as her sword shined so bright… that it almost entirely blocked her vision. When the room returned to normal, Ruina’s fear would soon become reality.
Ruina: “Midas, Midas! Come quickly, your wife did something crazy… AGAIN!!!” She yelled, directing her voice into Midas’s head.
Midas: “R-Ruina?! You… how… are you Celia’s SH?!” She confusedly replied.
Ruina: “I am, but that’s besides the point. Please, hurry here, and save me! Celia is asleep!!!” She screamed, desperation clear in her tone.
Midas: “Even while sleeping… walking in on my underaged, nude future wife… is deeply against my morals.” She said with a stern tone, now standing outside of the door to the bathroom.
Ruina was racking her brain, trying to figure out how to get Midas to help her. “Maralia is typically… calm, but she’d surely blame the nearest Higher Being around for her shitty situation… And that’d be me!!! Or more preferably, Midas…” She yelled in her racing mind.
Midas: “Ah, my eyes shouldn’t stain Celia’s purity. Thus, Light Magic shall censor her body, like in some shitty anime or manga!” She jokingly said, as she entered the bathroom.
Ruina: “…”
Midas: “…”
Maralia: “Ruina, I can feel you… And Midas… Why am I a sword?!” She angrily exclaimed, her tone groggy, yet furious as can be.
Midas + Ruina: “( o_o)”
