Volume 9. Chapter 57: Reuniting At The Dungeon. (Chapter 858.)

Chapter 57: Reuniting At The Dungeon.

Unfortunately, Xena had worked with Runey for far too long, and was poisoned by her. Like Ruina as well, the Will was a bit cheeky… Thus, she didn’t give the new wives information about Celia’s absurd cheat, which caused them to be shocked to the very core.

  Ria: “…”

Celia: “You all, I got three of my past life wives back, and my remaining daughters. Let us celebrate!” She happily proposed.

Carma: “Then… why have you asked to meet at this Dungeon?” She replied in confusion.

Celia: “Celebrate by gaining Levels, making Nina and June into Higher Beings, and then go to dinner later!” She clarified, still excited.

The same maid as before was instructed to inform Celia’s parted group of the meeting place. Due to that, they were all floored when Celia showed up with Nia, Lia, Tia, and the remaining missing daughters with her in two.

Either way, leaving them as mortals would be a horrid idea, as Celia’s life was just a bit too hectic and dangerous. As such, they all agreed, and ventured forth into the Dungeon.

  Entering The Dungeon Later!

Celia: “It is… a bit scary, huh?” She mused with a giggle.

Mena: “This place is terrifying!” She exclaimed in fright.

True to their words, the weakest Monster they found was over Level 40,000. The problem was… that the Monsters were elusive, and this Dungeon was practically a haunted house. One made by an absolute psychopath who kidnaps people, forcing them to survive in their creation.

Ria: “Mena, there is nothing to be afraid of. The traps can’t hurt us at all. We just need to ensure June’s and Nina’s safety, rather than our own.” She scolded a bit.

Mena: “It is mental torture! Screw this, I’m taking the Humans out of this place with me, and…” She got cut off.

Nina: “I want to stay with mom, Mena.” She said with a resolute tone and expression.

June: “Me too. With all our mothers… nothing bad will happen.” She added with the same expression and tone of voice.

Mena: “…” “Sometimes, I feel like the only sane person of this family…” She thought with a defeated tone.

Due to them being Goddesses, the traps, which weren’t alive, nor scaled to their Level, could only just scare Mena. No damage was done, halving the fear factor of this Dungeon by at least 70%.

Celia: “But why are these Monsters so slippery?” She asked, slightly pouting.

Zia: “Aren’t they leading us somewhere? That’s my theory.” She replied with confidence.

Tia: “The Monsters always try to lure unsuspecting victims in, so that is very likely the case.” She agreed with a nod.

So far, the Monsters of this Dungeon were shadowy figures, with no one here being able to inspect them long enough to get their name. At most, they could peep their Level, but even without fleeing straight away.

Since the Monsters were of such higher Levels… they could instantly reject the inspection. This left our group to be led further into the Dungeon, unsure of what awaited them…
