Chapter 58: Getting To The Killings!
Eventually, Celia and her group had been taken to the deepest part of the Dungeon by the Monsters. In doing so, those Monsters didn’t flee anymore, and the reason why was quite apparent.
Celia: “I think that they… want us to kill them. But only in this spot.” She mused with a thinking pose.
Alisa: “Another set of doors, with orbs on them… it seems to be the same as that Slime Dungeon, Mother.” She added with a nod.
Regardless, they could now finally hunt, but… the key issue was checking out one of the Monster’s Statuses. Before that, no one here was willing to risk fighting right now.
Celia: “Inspect.” She spoke out loud.

Everyone: “(~OAO)”
Celia could gain a Level with just four Shadow Remnant kills, and… this place had millions of them in it. Currently, they were in a large, circular room, which seemed to go on for miles.
Even worse… is that the Shadow Remnants didn’t have any intelligence, and lacked a sizable DEX Stat. Because of them… the Level disparity doesn’t matter, and the weakest of Celia’s group could kill one with ease.
Mena: “Over half a million Exp from one kill, that being the lowest Level Shadow Remnant around. This also isn’t accounting for how Celia will give us double the Exp, for no effort at all…” She said with a broken tone and expression.
Everyone: “…”
Celia: “…” “No wonder these Monsters only allowed their Levels to be shown. Even a child could kill one… No, wait! Someone must be controlling them, given their lack of INT…” She seriously thought, now certain that she’d be stumbling onto another absurd happening.
Slash!
Even so, Celia didn’t care. She was confident that her family can solve any problem that comes their way, and they came here to get Levels. As such, Celia started killing with gusto.
Nina: “…I can Evolve into a Goddess now…” She spoke, now taking on the same broken tone as Mena.
June: “Me as well… And I thought that Celia would have a calm third life…” She added, less affected than her sisters.
Celia: “Carma, please protect June and Nina while they Evolve. Actually, you all do so. The Shadow Remnants don’t seem to attack at all…” She gently requested.
Ria: “Celia… isn’t this odd? Surely, something wants us to kill these Monsters, and open the door up…” She said with a grim tone.
Celia: “I agree with that, dear. But whatever it is… shouldn’t matter. And with my luck… perhaps it’ll be another family member… who got sealed as a Dungeon boss?” She jokingly replied, not understanding the power in her words.
Ria: “( ’-’ ~)”
