  Celia: “Regardless of this being some weird game, set up by an unknown person… we should just ignore it for now.” She suggested after thinking it over.

  Narrator Vulely: “…Why?” I ask in reply, confused.

  Celia: “We don’t know what the extent of their power is, and I do not wish to be separated from my daughters if I piss that person off.” She honestly answered.

  Narrator Vulely: “…”

  She’s right! Shit… I didn’t even bother to account for the possibility that our enemy was someone more powerful than my wife. In this case, Celia’s plan was the best course of action at the moment. As such, I soon started the narration back up.

  Treng: “unaware of your power, you see.” She finished her stopped sentence with a shaky tone, accidentally not using her false speech pattern, due to fear.

  Celia: “That so? You should be more careful in the future.” She replied with a small yawn.

  Treng: “…”

  Looking at the others, Treng felt two extra chills down her large spine. While not as strong, Fore and Marni were more than enough to easily, and lazily, beat Treng to death.

  Treng: “Could I… perhaps help you and your daughters in any way that I possibly can, Lady Celia?” She asked with a forcefully happy tone, mind switching on and off the image of Celia’s Status.

  Celia: “No, not really. We have our own destination, and you aren’t needed for us to reach it.” She denied with a shrug.

  Marni: “…” “Since when did I become Celia’s daughter?! And why don’t I hate this unexpected adoption?…” She thought with grand conflictions, mind racing, but oddly gleeful.

  Fore: “…” “Celia’s my mother now? I haven’t ever had a mother before…” She expressed inwardly, secretly happy as can be.

  Eeeeh?! Well… I guess that Marni was dead in my original timeline, but Fore never showed up in it. Celia wasn’t supposed to gain any further daughters!!!…

  Celia: “We best be on our way, Treng. I have business to tend to.” She said after stretching, soon turning her back to the wolf.

  Treng: “Wait…” She quickly yelled.

  Celia: “Hm?” She replied, turning her head slightly, looking back at Treng.

  Treng: “If… if you claim me, I can get a Human form.” She informed, tone that of pure pleading. “Screw my role! This woman is absolutely going to derail Gu’s plans, and I need to be on her team ASAP!!!” She secretly roared in her thoughts, feeling like this is her only chance of survival.

  Celia: “(- _ -)”

  Seconds later, Treng made up a method of claiming her, which was complete bullshit. There was no such ability or system in place for a player to tame and claim a Guardian Monster, after all.
