Chapter 99: The Grandest Birthday!
Celia: “…”
Carma: “Are you enjoying yourself, dear sister of mine?” She asked with a smile.
The party was… not even close to what Celia expected. At most, as a princess with no right to the throne, Celia assumed that it wouldn’t be so grand.
The venue was, of course, their castle. This area could hold over a few thousand people, and it was actually doing so right now.
In a plan to weed out those who wish Carma or Celia harm, the invitations were given out without any investigations at all. Unexpectedly, with Celia’s Status, and connections known to all in the know, the place was packed.
The party extended to outside of the castle, since it couldn’t accommodate everyone. Kings, queens, merchants and nobles of all kinds showed up.
Celia: “Alisa, you came!” She said with a bright tone, seeing one of her friends approach her.
Alisa: “Happy birthday, Princess Celia!” She said with a smile, showing a present to Celia.
Carma: “Alisa? We tried to find and give you an invitation… but you were nowhere to be found.” She said with a remorseful tone. “How did she even get in without an invitation? Oh, one of the maids must have recognized her as Celia’s friend.” She thought with confusion, before coming to a happy, but false, conclusion to her question.
All of Celia’s friends had shown up, each giving the birthday girl various gifts. The pile of them was huge, and would probably take Celia weeks to open them all…

Alisa: “Sorry, sorry. I’ve been busy. Anyway, Celia, open up your gift!” She urged.
Celia: “Okay!” She replied with a nod, gently unwrapping the present, as if the mere paper was also a gift from her friend.
Shine!
Celia, Carma, And Everyone Else Here: “(O.o)”
Once the wrapping was removed, an ornate Orichalcum box was then in Celia’s hands. But that wasn’t what truly shined…
Instead, when she opened up the box’s lid, a regal, pink gem was in it. The brightness of it… was seemingly magical, and some present at the venue knew what it was.
Carma: “An Earth Blossom?!” She exclaimed, in complete shock.
Celia: “Earth Blossom?” She repeated, closing the box, as the light from her gift was blinding, but happy about the wonderful gem, her mouth practically stuck smiling wide.
Despite closing the lid, everyone stared in Celia’s direction for many more minutes. An Earth Blossom bright… one such a size… would easily be worth countless kingdoms, and even a few empires.
Alisa: “A very rare gem, Princess Celia. I went to great lengths to find one for you. But seeing that wonderful expression… it seems to have been worth all my efforts.” She explained, satisfaction clear on her face and person.
Carma: “Aren’t Earth Blossoms… supposed to… increase the amount of Exp you get per kill?” She shakily asked, recalling Celia’s two time Exp boon.
Alisa: “That is just a baseless rumor. I did test it… And this gem is merely beautiful and rare.” She denied with a laugh.
Celia: “Oh, that reminds me! Alisa, I forgot to give you some gifts of my own.” She said with a tone of realization.
Already having been made over Level 900 from Celia’s help, Alisa didn’t wish to ever receive alms for her ever again. Instead, she only desired to give Celia anything and everything that she could in return.
Thud!
Celia: “Pick whatever you want, any number of them. If you don’t… they’ll just be rotting in my storage ring.” She suggested tenderly, laying out item after item.
Alisa: “( ? _ ? )”
All watched in Awe as Princess Celia nonchalantly revealed her collection of overly Enchanted, properly forged, Orichalcum items. This drastically changed their opinions on Celia, and… now they were most interested in figuring out Alisa’s identity…
